This is an 8-week energy healing intensive container.

In a combination of intense energetic initiations and gentle integration practices, Self-Love, Safety & Sexual Trauma is for a small group of women who have lived their lives with the long-term effects of sexual trauma. If you’ve been doing your best over the years, working on your healing, improving a lot but still feeling those moments of lock-up or fear or anxiety overruling your system or your life, this healing modality is specifically for you.

Our cells remember. Maybe you always pick the seat against the wall when you’re out, or you still feel uncomfortable or unsafe in your body when around others, or you have a strained relationship with your clothes. Maybe you avoid being in your body altogether. (Check yourself right now — are your shoulders contracted? Is your jaw clenched? How are you sitting?)

In a combination of individual and group settings, we work on a self-care routine that supports and integrates the energy healing through coaching, class discussion and somatic movement.

Sexual Alignment Initiation

The healing modality I’ll be using opens your energetic doorways and awakens and activates your light body — an incredibly important aspect for your healing. It works with the spine, skull,  heart, coccyx, and the access point to your spiritual DNA called the Illumination Point. I was initiated into it in 2011 and it remains my favorite because of how powerful it is.

Whether you’re brand new to energy healing or have been experiencing it for years, this modality is unlike any other in its intensity, and this program is unique in that the integration is built in, in a safe and supportive environment that encourages gentle self-care.

FAQs

  • This program is all online, in a combination of zoom, distance energy healing, and a private group.

  • If you’ve been on the long-term road of recovery and healing and feel as though you’ve hit a plateau or you keep coming up against the same obstacles, you may need a system upgrade and some loving techniques to integrate the energy and habits.

  • This isn’t meant for anyone in active crisis or active bouts of PTSD. Crisis care is an entirely different approach and should be tended to by the appropriate professional team.

    This also isn’t for you if you aren’t able to commit the time and energy. This kind of healing demands a lot of space, so you have to be in a place where you’re ready to prioritize it.

  • It’s both! The combination of individual sessions and group are the most effective for integration.

  • If you tap into your intuition, you can usually feel if there’s some sort of spark or connection with something you’re meant to do. Even so, doubts are normal! Schedule a connection call with me and we can talk it out to see if we’d be a fit for each other.
