coaching with emotions at the center

Emotions are not weaknesses to overcome. They are information, guidance, and energy that shape how we live, love, and work. But when emotions feel overwhelming, confusing, or repetitive, they can leave us stuck in patterns we don’t understand.

My process is about helping you turn toward your emotions with curiosity instead of resistance. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why certain feelings keep resurfacing, and what they’re really pointing to

  • How to recognize emotional cycles that play out in relationships or at work

  • Where stress or trauma lives in the body, and how to release it

  • How to set boundaries without guilt or shutdown

  • How to use sensitivity and empathy as strengths instead of burdens

Through guided inquiry, somatic awareness, and pattern recognition, I help you untangle what feels overwhelming so your emotions become tools instead of obstacles. This work is both deeply personal and practical—it leads to better relationships, clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and greater resilience in a chaotic world.

Whether you’re here after reading one of my books, or you’re seeking support to navigate challenges or a big transition in your life, my focus will always be on turning your emotional insight into creative and lasting impact.

Please note: I only take a small amount of clients at a time, so reach out for availability.

a note on shadow work

Every part of you deserves to feel at home within you — even your darker parts. Some of your brightest, most brilliant gifts and strengths can be found in the places you fear and avoid. We hide beautiful pieces of ourselves in our trauma, in our bad experiences, in our childhoods. We can go on living without them, but something always feels off. Something always feels missing. And while we may not want to venture into those places, when we finally do, we discover an unbelievable source of peace, purpose, and belonging through the pain. All of my work is focused on bringing light, appreciation, and awareness into your beautiful dark spaces.

some boundaries for working with me

You must commit to a month of sessions at a time to ensure the proper time and space to actually work on things that are coming up for you.

Sometimes I assign homework between sessions. Even if I don’t, I require that you put in the work and take action steps on the things we discover together. If I feel that after awhile, efforts aren’t being made, I may drop the contract. I do believe in holding supportive space, but to recycle issues without taking actionable steps forward ends up being harmful to the healing process.

I am not a therapist. I always encourage you to have the support team you need, and in general, my work is complimentary to therapy.
